Terms of Service

As Tatry Audit and Control, we operate on clear rules. Our company, located at ul. Kościuszki 14, 34-500 Zakopane, offers audit and quality control services for trade entities. An order for a service is placed after accepting the quote and determining the scope of work.

We commit to reliably performing assignments. You, as the client, provide us with necessary access to warehouse documentation and the goods to be checked. Each party takes care of the confidentiality of transmitted business information.

Prices of our services are determined individually or in accordance with the price list available on the site. Payment is made based on a VAT invoice issued after completing the audit. In the case of monthly cooperation, the payment deadline is defined in the contract.

We are responsible for the reliability of conducted inspections, however, we are not responsible for business decisions made by the client based on our reports. Our task is to point out facts and errors, and final remedial actions belong to your company.

We respect the trade secret of our clients. All data concerning stock levels, financial results, or logistics processes to which we gain access are treated as strictly confidential.

We do not share any information about your company with third parties. All reports we generate are the property of the client and are passed only to persons authorized by you to contact. We operate in accordance with Polish law, caring for full data security according to our privacy policy.
